Haley Fagan brings top-level collegiate and professional playing experience to the College of Central Florida. A three-year starter at Auburn, Fagan helped the Tigers earn back-to-back berths in the Women's College World Series, including an appearance in the national final as a junior in 2016. She began her career at South Alabama, where she was named Sun Belt Conference Freshman of the Year while also being named to the NFCA All-Region first team.

As a freshman, she hit .352 with 11 homers and 51 RBI. During the span of her four-year career, Fagan batted .331 with a .689 slugging percentage, 27 doubles, three triples, 34 home runs, 147 RBI and 134 run scored in 192 games played between South Alabama (2013) and Auburn (2015-17).

Following the close of her collegiate career, Fagan played for the Akron Racers during the summer of 2017. Playing alongside her older sister, Sami Fagan, she helped the Racers post a third-place finish.

A native of Dunnellon, Fla., Fagan comes from an athletic family. Her older sisters, Sami (Florida, 2012, Missouri, 2014-16) and Kasey (Florida, 2011-12, Arkansas, 2014-15) both played softball in the SEC, while younger sister Cameron is committed to Virginia Tech.

Fagan graduated from Auburn in May 2017 with a bachelor's degree in media studies and became the Graduate Assistant coach at Liberty University in 2017-18. During her year there Liberty had a record-setting season, going 49-14 and 18-3 in Big South play, winning the Big South regular-season title for the second year in a row. The Lady Flames claimed the Big South Softball Championship title by sweeping through the conference tournament. Then, Liberty won its first two games at the NCAA Columbia Regional, upsetting No. 24/24 Hofstra and No. 10/11 South Carolina to advance to the Regional final. At the end of the season, Liberty received a program-record 17 votes in the final NFCA Top 25 Poll, while being holding a program-best RPI of 29.
