The Lady Patriots raced to a sixth-place team finish in a field of 10 DII women's teams at Apalachee Regional Park on Friday, October 25.  The Patriots set their second fastest team average of the season. This was the fastest CF team average in history at the regional meet. 

Both the FCSAA and the NJCAA DII Women's Runner of the Week, Isabella Mesa, led the team with a 22:30.  Sophomore captains Iraly Faria (22:38) and Magda Barcia (23:08) set course personal bests taking over a minute off of their times from a year ago.  Freshmen Concepcion Fradera and Adrienne Bunn ran together clocking a 24:12 and 24:15 respectively.  Rylee Zell ran a 25:05 within 10 seconds of her personal best.  Allison Robb followed in 25:29. 

The team will next travel to Richmond, Virginia for Nationals. On Saturday, November 9 the ladies will run a 5k at the NJCAA DII Championships and on Tuesday, November 12 the Patriots will run 13.1 miles for the NJCAA Half Marathon Championships.  Go Pats!
