The College of Central Florida Patriots will be back in action on the diamond in a few short weeks. The Lady Patriots finished the 2019 season boasting a 23-1 conference record and a 3rd place finish at Nationals.
Head Coach Kevin Fagan has once again created one of the most challenging schedules in the nation with defending National Champions, Chipola on the list of teams to play. Florida Southwestern, Salt Lake and Wallace State are three other top 20 ranked teams from last season that will take on the Patriots.
The 2020 softball season will begin for the Patriots on January 31st facing off with Tallahassee Community College in Clearwater, FL at the Juco Showcase. They will continue on that weekend to play Miami Dade College, Georgia Military College, Pensacola State College, South Florida State College, and the State College of Florida-Manatee.
The Central Florida softball home opener will be a double-header that takes place on February 4th against Hillsborough Community College at 2:00pm and 4:00pm. The Patriots were 4-1 against HCC in the 2019 season.
