OCALA-- After leading the College of Central Florida softball program to the national championship game, the honors flowed in for the Patriot coaching staff.

The CF softball coaching staff of head coach Kevin Fagan, along with assistants Mike Lingle and Dallas Towns were honored as the South Regional Coaching Staff of the Year by the NJCAA.

CF's staff will be honored at the NFCA Coaching Staff of the Year in Las Vegas.

This past season, Fagan and company helped the Patriots advance to the NJCAA National Championship game.

The Patriots qualified for their first-ever national tournament this past season after never placing higher than fourth in their conference.
