OCALA--The College of Central Florida men's basketball team won big against TAAG Academy on Thursday night at Patriot Gym.

CF outscored the Avengers by more than 40 points en rout to a 99-57 win. Patriots now improve to 2-0 on the season.

Malik Dunbar, one of five Patriots to score in double figures, led all scorers with 19 points and five rebounds. Paul Turner (16 points), Ivan Gandia-Rosa (14 points), Van Turner, Jr. (14 points), and Anthony Johnson (13 points, seven rebounds) also paced CF in the win.

CF will return to the court on Saturday when they host Albany Tech College at 6 p.m.

The Lady Patriot basketball team will be in action tonight at Saturday as they host the CF Shootout. They will host FCSAA No. 4 Northwest Florida State College tonight at 6 p.m. and Miami Dade College on Saturday at 4 p.m. Visit CFPatriots.net for complete details.
