Men's Basketball drops road game at St. Pete

OCALA--The College of Central Florida men's basketball team dropped a close one on the road against St. Petersburg College on Saturday afternoon. 

CF traveled to St. Petersburg for their first road game of the season. They went into half down 34-32, but couldn't overcome the 19 turnovers to take down the Titans. SPC out rebounded CF 44-38 en rout to a slim 69-65 victory.

Malik Dunbar led the offensive charge for the Patriots, notching 13 points and nine rebounds. Newcomer Anthony Johnson, 6'8 forward from Harrisburg, Pa., added 12 points and nine rebounds off the bench, and Paul Turner and Francois Lewis each had 10.

CF will be back in action on Thursday when they host TAAG Academy. Tip-off is at 7:30 p.m.
