OCALA--The College of Central Florida men's basketball team opened up the season with a win over Victory Rock Prep on Wednesday night.

The Patriots gave the crowd an offensive show, leading by 17 points at the half and having four players finish in double figures en rout to a 89-71 win over the Blue Devils.

Returners Malik Dunbar and Paul Turner led the way for the Patriot offense. Dunbar put up 24 points, while Turner added 17. Newcomer Devante Foster made his presence known on the offensive and defensive side of the ball, finishing the night with 14 points and 8 rebounds, knocking down six of 10 from the field. Sophomore Vasile Odagiu provided 10 points off the bench. 

CF returns to the court on Saturday as they travel to St. Petersburg for a 4 p.m. tip off.
