A day after earning Region 8 D1 Pitcher of the Week, Cam Schuelke earns the first NJCAA pitcher of the week honor for the 2023 season with a dominating week on the mound. He earned a win and had two saves with 0.00 ERA in three appearances allowing only one hit and stiking out 12. He recorded a pair of six-out saves vs. State College of Florida and ABAC, and then earned the win vs. South Georgia State with two innings of relief. For the season he has a 0.54 ERA in 16 2/3 innings with 31 Ks, 2 wins, and 5 saves. He is currently second in the country in saves.
