College of Central Florida infielder Juan Correa has been named the Region 8 and NJCAA DI National Player of the Week after his stellar performance last week for the Patriots. Juan batted .500 (9-for-18) with eight runs scored, two doubles, six home runs and nine RBI in four games. He had a 2.137 OPS and homered in all four games, including each game of a three-game set vs. Seminole State. Hit two home runs in each of the last two games vs. Seminole State; was 3-for-5 (three RBI) in game two and 2-for-5 (four RBI) in game three. 

This was the second time a Patriot has been honored at the national level this year. Cam Schuelke was National Pitcher of the Week earlier in the season.
