The College of Central Florida Baseball team added more honors to the 2022 season by placing 5 players on the FCSAA All-State Team. The Patriots also won both the Pitcher of the Year Award and Player of the Year Award with these going to Ben Chestnutt and Caleb Cali. This is the first time a Patriot has been awarded the Pitcher of the Year honor and the second time a Patriot has won the Player of the Year honor. James Nix last won Player of the Year for Central Florida in 2019.
