Right-handed pitcher Francisco Mateo signs a free agent contract with the Los Angeles Dodgers. Mateo pitched for the Patriots in 2019 during their record setting year as well as this past 2021 season. He pitched 36.1 innings this season and carried a 2.97 ERA with 61 Ks, 15.1 K/9 inn and had a 3-1 record with one save. Mateo was committed to play next season The University of Tampa.
