The Patriots head into 2023 with more goals.  2022 brought a team of ten ladies and five who ran the NJCAA National Half Marathon. Seven competed in the NJCAA National 5k.  Heidi Kearney, with a GPA of 3.9 was named the Scholar Athlete of the Year and the team MVP.  She returns this year as a captain and the current CF school record holder in the half.  Kearney looks to break her 1:53:57 and also set a faster 5k time.

Madison Strickland was named the Most Improved Runner of the Year for her dedication in each race and joining the team new to running.  Strickland's leadership has proved a true asset in her giving 100% daily nature.  She captains alongside of Kearney for this fall 2023 season.

Strickland, Kearney, and Brianna Carey made the 3-woman team who scored in the NJCAA National Half Marathon.  Carey transferred to Florida International University (D1) to continue pursuing her running talents past the JUCO level.

Kalyn Sitterson earned the Patriot Award for her willingness to lend a hand to teammates and most notably for running alongside of teammates in races.  During the season, her efforts in 5ks led to her consistently dropping time.

The 2023 season is set to begin August 1 with the first meet at the very end of August.  Go Pats!
