The Patriots came back to tie the game in the seventh but lose in the tenth to Santa Fe for their second conference loss (8-2). Santa Fe got off to an early lead scoring one in the first and three in the second off CF starter Haley Guffey. The Patriots scored two in the third with a Gianna Guerriero two-run home run, her 9th of the year. They added two more in the sixth on a single by Avery Lawson. Down by one in the seventh Megan Loftis walked to lead off the inning and with two outs and two strikes on her, Emily Konz doubled to score her and tie the game to force extra innings. The Patriots went down in order in the eighth and ninth innings before Santa Fe walked and then hit a double for the walk off win off pitcher Anna Toon. Santa Fe improves to 4-6 in Mid-Florida Conference games while CF falls to 8-2 and remains one game up on Seminole State. 

The two teams will play again on Thursday at the College of Central Florida in a double header starting at 2 pm to complete the three-game series.
