GOODLETT FIELD

Athletic Facilities | CF Softball Complex

Goodlett Field has been home to the College of Central Florida baseball team since 1965. It has garnered a reputation as one of the finest fields in the FCSAA and NJCAA.

Located on the northwest side of campus, Goodlett Field has much to offer for players and fans alike.

Covered bleachers behind home plate provide fans a panoramic view of the entire field while staying cool and dry. Also, an indoor dugout club is located above the Patriot dugout for members to enjoy drinks and snacks, all while taking in a birds-eye view of the game.

Players are spoiled with some of the finest facilities in the state. The newly-built locker room and player’s area includes two flat screen televisions, showers and a tv area for gaming and movies. An industrial washer and dryer are also inside to wash the player’s practice and game uniforms.

Adjacent to Goodlett Field, a 3,800 square foot, enclosed batting facility was constructed for hitters and pitchers to get in extra work, rain or shine. CF is one of the few colleges in the state to provide covered cages.

Other features include a weight room across the street, as well as coaches’ offices and a press box on the second floor above the Patriot dugout.
